Pocket Invoice MCP connects an AI assistant to a small business’s existing invoice records through hosted Streamable HTTP and OAuth. An authorized assistant can prepare invoice and estimate PDFs from company templates and look up customers, items and unpaid invoice balances. Codex has been tested; other clients need compatible remote MCP and OAuth support. This is useful for freelancers and service businesses that want to prepare billing documents from a conversation while keeping the customer and company information in their invoicing system. The companion web, iOS and Android apps handle invoices, estimates, quotes, receipts and purchase orders, export PDFs, and share records in seven languages. There are currently no paid plans or subscriptions. An account is required for MCP and saved records; account, document and storage limits apply. Company permissions control access, and each email delivery needs confirmation. It does not charge cards or transfer money.
