ChangeLoop7
A personal seven-day action and review loop with AI at fixed submission checkpoints.
✦ 关于 ChangeLoop7
ChangeLoop7 helps an individual turn a desired change into daily actions and a seven-day review. Its official FAQ describes AI use after fixed submissions for initial analysis, method generation, private review, and weekly correction. Users choose one of three methods and work on today's action; it is not an open-ended chatbot or therapy service. The first complete cycle is free, with monthly or annual subscriptions for continued use.
